What we are, and what we are not

Apellica is a denial appeal advocacy service. We help with administrative insurance appeals, the process every insurer is required by law to provide. We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. Nothing on this site is legal advice. If your matter requires a lawyer, we'll tell you.

Engagement

A formal engagement begins only after you and Apellica sign a written engagement agreement specifying the scope, the contingency percentage, and the cancellation terms. Submitting an intake form is not an engagement; reviewing your denial is free with no obligation.

Fees

Our fee is contingent on a successful recovery. If we do not recover money on your behalf, you owe us nothing. Our percentage of any recovery is agreed in advance and disclosed in writing in the engagement agreement.

Outcomes

We do not guarantee any specific outcome on any case. Win rates and recovery amounts shown on this site reflect aggregate past results and are not predictive of any individual case.

Termination

You may terminate the engagement at any time. We may also decline or terminate an engagement if a case becomes infeasible. Upon termination, no fee is owed unless a recovery has been secured.
