Start Your Insurance Appeal

Answer a few quick questions so we can review your denial and route your file correctly. $0 to start. No card.

Would rather just talk it through? Call +1 (888) 777-6120, Monday to Friday, 8 to 7 Eastern.

Would you rather we just called you?

Leave a first name and a number. No form, no account, nothing to read. Someone who does this every day will ring you and tell you where you stand.

When suits you?
What were you denied? Optional

We use your number to call you about your denial and nothing else. We do not text and we do not use automated dialling. $0 upfront, and there is no obligation from a phone call. Apellica is an appeal-preparation service, not a law firm.

Prefer to fill it in now and skip the phone call? The form below takes about a minute and goes straight to a reviewer.

Your details

A few details to begin.

Most people complete this in under a minute. We'll guide you through the next steps.

Optional
We commonly help with:
  • • medication denials
  • • surgery denials
  • • imaging denials
  • • prior authorization issues

By continuing you agree to be contacted by Apellica regarding your inquiry. Your information is handled per our privacy practices.

What happens after you submit
  1. 1A senior reviewer reads your letter within 24 hours.
  2. 2You get a written first assessment by email: whether it can be appealed, on what grounds, and what we need from you.
  3. 3You decide whether to go ahead. Nothing is filed and nothing is owed until you sign the engagement letter.

If your appeal deadline is inside 7 days, choose "Less than 7 days" above or call +1 (888) 777-6120 and we start the same day.

How the fee works

There is nothing to pay to start and no card at intake. If the appeal recovers money, the fee is 10% of what the carrier actually pays. There is no cap and no minimum. If nothing is recovered, the fee is $0. The exact terms are written into the engagement letter you sign before any work begins.
